Feel Seen. Be Supported. Birth With Confidence.

What is a Doula?

Pregnancy and birth are big life transitions. They can be exciting, tender, overwhelming, and everything in between. You don’t need to do it all on your own. My role as your doula is simple: to walk beside you, listen deeply, and offer the kind of steady support that helps you feel cared for, seen, and at ease.

Sometimes that looks like massage to help your body let go of aches and tension. Sometimes it’s holding space while you sort through choices, or reminding you that your instincts are enough. And when labor comes, it means having a grounded, nurturing presence by your side — so you feel supported through each wave.

Postpartum Doula Support

As your postpartum doula I will be there to take care of YOU, so you can heal, process and bond with your new baby.

What’s Included

  • Help building your postpartum care plan: ensuring all five universal postpartum needs (rest, nourishment, care, connection, space) are considered.

  • Unlimited text/phone support from the time you hire me through your postpartum period.

  • Opportunities to process your labor & birth journey together: both the joys and the challenges.

  • Resources for emotional, spiritual, and physical nourishment (e.g. self-care, gentle movement or massage, guidance, referrals).

  • Practical support: light housekeeping, meal prep / planning, help with errands, partner support.

When & How
Typically booked in 4-hour shifts, custom to your family’s rhythm and needs. Let’s discuss what feels manageable and grounding for you.

A massage therapy room with a massage table draped in multi-colored rebozos, a wall-mounted shelf with plants and decorations, a poster of the female muscular system, and a kitchenette with a small sink, a lamp emitting a red glow, and various items.

Closing of the Bones Ceremony

A sacred postpartum healing ritual rooted in Latin American tradition (especially Ecuador & Mexico), designed to support your body, heart, and spirit after birth.

What It Feels Like
You will be wrapped, held, and honored through gentle massage, rebozo wrapping & rocking, warmth, and nourishing touch. There will be ritual moments — breathwork, grounding touch, possibly herbal foot soaks or optional yoni steam — all held with intention and safety.

Who This Is For
This ritual is traditionally offered between 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum, but it can be deeply healing at any stage after birth—even years later. It’s also meaningful after miscarriage, loss, or significant life transitions.

Come as you are. Be held. Be honored. Be restored.

Investment & Sliding Scale
I believe everyone deserves access to birth support. To honor that, I offer three financial tiers. These allow those with greater resources to contribute more, so those with less can receive the same care.

Below are statements to help you assess which tier fits your current situation. Be honest. There is no judgment — just a way to make this work for you.

  • Tier 1 – Comfortable meeting basic needs, some savings, stable home/car, etc.

  • Tier 2 – Mostly stable, but occasional financial strain; some flexibility in resources.

  • Tier 3 – Facing financial hardship; basic support systems may be limited; expenses are a significant burden.

If none of these fit, or if you’re in a situation (e.g. youth, pregnancy by rape, unstable housing, etc.) that adds additional barrier, please reach out — we’ll make space for you.
