Proudly from Albuquerque, New Mexico, now planted in Tacoma, WA. Growing up I wanted to be a doctor — I've always wanted to help people feel better in their bodies. Then I mentored at a hospital my senior year of high school and figured out real quick that western medicine's whole "trust us, not you" thing was not going to be my lane.

I've been obsessed with women's health and body literacy for as long as I can remember. I fell hard for prenatal massage in massage school, when a classmate found out she was pregnant early on. I was terrified the first time I put my hands on a pregnant belly. Now it's my favorite work on earth. In 2020 I trained as a full-spectrum doula and found the thing I actually came here to do.

My whole approach is this: get out of your head, back into your body, and trust yourself again. I do that through space, presence, and compassionate touch — not through telling you what to do.

As your doula, my job is to protect your vision. Your body, your boundaries, your limits, your decisions about your baby. I'm not here to hand you my opinion dressed up as fact. I'm here as a neutral ear, an advocate, and a resource bank — so your choices come from you, not from fear and not from whatever the loudest voice in the room says.

I don't do judgment. Full stop. Whatever your reproductive story looks like, you're welcome here. I offer prenatal planning, bodywork, emotional support, birth-day advocacy, and postpartum planning — and I run a sliding scale because I specialize in supporting women of color, single moms, low-income families, and anyone who needs a little extra in their corner.

From conception to postpartum and everywhere in between, I'm in it with you — holistically, unapologetically, on your terms.
